Children are curious and learn through interaction with the environment. The teachers provide materials which further spark the preschoolers’ interests. We bring students on daily nature walks around the neighbourhood to encourage them to observe their surroundings. We also conduct science experiments based on the children’s interests, with them during our “Little Explorers” session. Children are encouraged to find out more about the different concepts introduced with the help of their parents. Throughout the week, the teacher will continue to lead the discussion with the class about the topic introduced. The class teacher will also collate whatever the children have contributed during the discussions by writing them down into the K.W.L. (What I know, What I want to kn​ow, What I already know) chart.
